Kids4Fitness is for families. A parent creates the account and adds any child profiles. Children do not have a login, an email address or a public profile here.
What we keep
Your parent name and email, a securely protected password, your consent and membership status. For each child, we keep a first name or nickname, age band, companion and movement progress. This is children’s personal data, even though a parent enters it. Please do not add surnames, school details, health records or location information.
Why we need it
We use this information to run your family account, save progress and provide the movement programme. Core account processing supports the service you request. Optional weekly emails are off by default and can be switched off at any time.
What we do not do
No adverts, public leaderboards, location tracking, peer comparisons or third-party behavioural tracking. We do not sell family data. Optional AI help receives only approved curriculum text, not child profile information.
Who helps us provide the service
Our hosting and storage provider stores account information and teaching media. Stripe handles payment details. Our email delivery provider sends parent account messages. We do not store payment card numbers.
Your choices
In Family settings you can export your family data, remove a child profile, delete the account or change email preferences. Deletion removes profile and movement history. Some payment records must remain with the payment provider for legal and accounting reasons.
Safety and care
A grown-up stays responsible for supervision, the space and any equipment. Stop for pain, unusual fatigue or unsafe conditions. This programme is not medical advice.
Before public launch
The business controller’s contact details, lawful-basis review, retention schedule, international transfer safeguards and Children’s Code impact assessment must be finalised before public launch. This preview notice is not a certification of compliance.
